Partnering with nonprofit clients to understand their unique needs, translating their vision into tailored Salesforce solutions

Configuring and customising Salesforce, with a focus on the new Nonprofit Cloud, Sales Cloud, and the features that empower nonprofits to create lasting change

Guiding clients gently and thoroughly, ensuring they feel confident in using Salesforce to reach their goals

Embracing a flexible, ever-evolving role where each project brings fresh insights and challenges

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, ideally in the nonprofit sector

Good knowledge of the new Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, Sales Cloud, and an understanding of Salesforce’s wider capabilities for charities

A thoughtful, resourceful approach, with a willingness to move fluidly across varied projects

Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex needs into meaningful solutions

A proactive mindset with a love for learning and supporting others
